VillageClaq provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for African community groups to manage contributions, events, attendance, and group finances. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
You agree not to use VillageClaq for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
You retain ownership of content you post on VillageClaq. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
Your use of VillageClaq is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
VillageClaq is provided on an 'as is' basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
